This is the QR scanner page of the QuickQR app. You can use this page to
scan a QR code, which will allow you to display the data that the QR code
links to.
To start scanning, press the blue button that says "Click Here to Begin
Scanning". Your browser may ask you to allow the app to use your device's
camera. You will need to allow access to your camera in order to begin
scanning. Once the camera starts, position it over the QR code you want to
scan so that the QR code is flat on your screen. Once the camera recongizes
a valid QR code, the camera will stop and you will need to press the button
that says "Display Linked Data". Doing so will send the data to another page
where it can be displayed.
If you don't have a QR code to scan but still want to see the data for a tool,
you can enter the tool number and view the data that way. To do this, click the
button that says "No QR code? Click here to enter tool number". This will open a
form where you can enter the tool's number, and once that is entered click the
button which says "Display Data". Doing so will send the data to another page
where it can be displayed.
Clicking the logo at the top center of each page will take you back to the home page.
The bottom menu will allow you to easily navigate between the home page and the QR
scanner page.
